Return Policy Details
Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in original condition — clean, undamaged, and with all original packaging. We understand babies are babies, but please remove any food, dirt, or pet hair before returning.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a $5 return label fee applies.
Exchanges: Want a different design or color? Just let us know — we'll swap it out at no extra cost.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Received a Damaged Item?
